GH Chartered Surveyors is regulated by RICS for the provision of surveying services. This means we agree to uphold the RICS Rules of Conduct for Firms and all other applicable mandatory professional practice requirements of RICS, which can be found at www.rics.org. As an RICS regulated firm we have committed to cooperating with RICS in ensuring compliance with its standards. Complaints Procedure

Whilst we aim to provide a professional, experienced and independent service we are aware that things can go wrong. If so we offer a complaints procedure in accordance with RICS regulations, www.rics.org. A full copy is available on request but essentially it is as follows:

Firstly we will try to resolve the matter through discussion with any issues being looked at by one the directors.

If this leads to deadlock we suggest that the matter is referred to independent assessment. We are signed up to CEDR, (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), www.cedr.com.

However if the matter relates to professional negligence we would refer the matter immediately to our insurers.

GDPR

As part of our business we need to have some personal details which are kept on file, (both physically and electronically). These details are kept to a minimum and are not disclosed to any other party without your consent. Files are shredded after a 7 year period with electronic data transferred to password protected CD storage. If you complete our online form none of the data is stored on this website or passed to any third party. However we do provide links to other websites and we cannot confirm how such sites might use your data.
