Operating from two offices in Essex, the company is client led, regularly covering sites in London and the Home Counties, but also offering specialist advice countrywide.

We offer a professional, efficient and independent service for both capital and rental valuations. With over 30 years experience our Registered Valuer, David Hooker, deals with a wide range of property types for purposes but with a specialism in Social Housing

Condition reports

We can assist with both residential and commercial properties, either freehold and leasehold, providing Dilapidation Schedules and Condition Reports.

Party Wall agreements

The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 gives property owners rights to undertake work to party (shared) walls or close to the boundary lines. It assists in preventing and resolving disputes with neighbours. Our specialist, Ateek Rahman, is regularly appointed as either a single or joint expert.
